When a price is given out over the phone we can only assume that you have accurately measured the floor area being removed. So keep in mind that this price is just a guide until the floor has been measured by one of our staff.

Also, it is possible that the previous owners of your house or business has laid new floor coverings over old floor coverings (tiles over tiles, vinyl over or under tiles). In most cases it is impossible to know until the job is started. Double the layer floor coverings create a lot more work than originally planned for, requiring the quote to be re-accessed.

Removing floor coverings can be a very dusty job. Every effort is made by us to control the dust but it is your responsibility to cover all of your furniture with tarps or plastic drop sheets.

Damage to concrete is sometimes inevitable. Every concrete floor is different, meaning that a slab with soft texture can very easily be damaged. This is out of our control. Of course we will do everything to avoid this, however we are not liable for any cost involved in repairs.

You must make sure that the work site is cleared. Mostly we are happy to help you move your furniture if pre arranged. If we have not been asked prior to arriving, we would not have allowed for the extra time to help out and you may be charged a small fee. We will take all reasonable care but cannot take any responsibility for any damage to any items left in or around the work area.

Last of all, we are extremely noisy. Please try to notify your neighbors. If work needs to be suspended due to complaints you could be charged an hourly rate for lost time waiting on site.
